We provide morning, lunchtime and after-work yoga to suit the needs of your staff. We adjust the sessions to suit the time of day. From energising to revitalising to restorative, we aim to cultivate regular practice in order to encourage postural confidence and mental clarity.

Alice led a yoga class on Thursday lunchtimes at our offices. When you are sat in front of a computer all week you can start to feel lethargic and fatigued by Thursday. Alice’s yoga class would always have an instant impact, energising the staff and renewing focus to close out the week.
